Shipping policy
Original Oil Paintings & Drying Time
All original artwork is created using professional oil paints and traditional mediums. Because oil paint dries naturally through oxidation, freshly completed original paintings require 2 to 6 weeks to cure and dry thoroughly before they can be safely varnished, packed, and shipped.
- In-Stock & Cured Originals: Ships within 3 to 5 business days.
- Freshly Painted Works / Recent Releases: Expected ship dates are noted directly on individual product listing pages. If a piece needs remaining drying time. before transit, we will notify you immediately with an estimated ship date.
Packaging & Protection
Every painting is carefully hand-wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, cushioned with corner guards and heavy-duty bubble wrap, and secured in custom rigid boxes to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping (US): Orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery with full tracking and transit insurance. Signature required upon delivery for all original works valued over $500.
- International Shipping: Please contact the studio directly prior to purchase for a custom international shipping quote and customs guidance.
Local Pickup (Cincinnati Area)
Studio pickup is available for local collectors by appointment only. Select Studio Pickup at checkout, and we will contact you as soon as your painting is fully dry and framed.
